Tanya Bulatovic

Tanya’s journey in movement began at a young age with dance. In her early 20s  she tried her first reformer class and loved every minute of it! 
A couple of years later, Tanya tried her first yoga class and was captivated. 
In 2015 Tanya completed Yoga training through Yoga Alliance Academy® 250hour Gheranda Samhita Teacher Training.
In 2021 Tanya completed training in Cert. IV Pilates Matwork and Reformer through Breathe Australia and Barre through Barre 2.0.

It is Tanya’s endeavour to provide students the opportunity to open their body, mind and heart through movement.

Other than teaching, Tanya enjoys being a mother to her 1-year-old daughter, spending time with her family and is currently studying a Diploma in counselling.

Pilates Reformer 

These classes are active. You will build strength in the body and expect to sweat a little!

Classes are a blend of traditional and modern Pilates Reformer. Classes target all areas of the body including legs, core, arms and back.

Beginners are welcome and movement options and adjustments will be provided to make sure all students are comfortable and enjoy their sessions.

Pilates Matwork Description

You will receive a dynamic and active class! Like the reformer classes, the matwork classes will be a blend of traditional and modern Pilates.

Classes generally begin with legwork followed by core and obliques, chest openers and working with the spine. Towards the end we will explore dynamic movements and work on body stability.

Classes are beginners friendly. Classes will move at a steady pace and movement options and adjustments will be provided.
