Reformer rehab (formerly pilates) is a form of exercise which is designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. Reformer rehab is suitable to anybody, whether you are recovering from a sports injury, suffer low back pain or are just wanting to improve your strength and flexibility. At Elite Physiotherapy Rachael and Lauren are certified Pilates instructors and conduct both classes and private sessions in our reformer studio.

Our classes host a maximum of 7 people per session, allowing our physios to provide adequate and appropriate supervision and guidance throughout the class. Our classes are suitable to all fitness levels, with our physios being able to progress or regress each exercise suited to your needs.

If you are new to the reformer (or pilates) we highly recommend booking in an initial consultation and 1:1 session prior to joining a class. This allows our physios to familiarise you with the studio and machine. Our classes are dynamic and engaging, offering a whole body workout with each session. These classes go for 45min and private health rebates are available.
