Physiotherapy management at Elite Physiotherapy will always consist of the prescription of home and/or gym based exercise rehabilitation programs. Exercise based therapy is the foundation of what we do at Elite Physiotherapy. Physiotherapy treatment can also consist of soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, dry needling and/or taping. Our physios are experts in the application of these techniques.
